The Raffaello Condominium Hotel (201 E Delaware) is the only project of its kind in the Streeterville neighborhood.   The Rafaello offers deeded residences with all the services and amenities of a 4-Star hotel.   After undergoing a $20 million renovation in 2006, the historic building was given a new interior while maintaining its historic lobby and architecture.
